Prince is a superstar, but that doesn't mean he's too big to hang with the little guys.  He'll reportedly be joining hordes of indie music acts at this year's South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas.

His Royal Badness will be taking the stage Saturday at La Zona Rosa in downtown Austin, according to HitFix.com.  Of course, the Purple One won't be strutting out onto just any old stage.  Instead, he and his 22-piece band will set up on a specially-designed platform at the downtown Austin venue, a source tells HitFix.

There's reportedly no word yet on whether the concert will be open to all SXSW badge-holders.
